How can we help?

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days for beds, convertible steps and car steps; 2–5 for regular sofa steps; and 5–9 for blankets. Items ordered together may arrive separately.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Contact us for instructions. One free return parcel per order is included for eligible change-of-mind returns; additional separate returns are at your postage cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

For beds, measure your dog in their usual resting position. For sofa steps, measure floor-to-cushion height and available floor space. For car steps, check the boot height, opening and setup space against the product dimensions.

Regular steps have three fixed foam steps and measure 60 × 40 × 40 cm. The convertible set measures 64 × 42 × 41 cm as steps, or 86 × 40 × 31 cm as a ramp. The ramp is lower and needs more floor space, so compare both configurations with your sofa.

The blanket is water resistant, not waterproof. It is an everyday layer for loose hair, dirt and minor splashes. Clean spills promptly and use an additional suitable barrier where leak protection is essential.
