Products and choosing the right option
Check the product description, measurements, selected size or colour and delivery estimate before ordering. Product photographs can look different on different screens. Follow the supplied care and safety instructions and supervise your pet when introducing a new product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your order total, including delivery and any applicable taxes or discounts, is shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please check your order details before submitting payment.
If an item is unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the affected purchase.
Bundle offers
Bundle offers apply to the qualifying products and options shown on the product page. Check that all intended items, colours and quantities appear in your basket and that the discount appears at checkout. Items in a bundle may arrive separately. Refunds for a returned item are based on the amount paid for that item, including any discount allocated to it.
Delivery
Our shipping policy explains delivery areas, charges and estimates. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We aim to process orders within one working day. Individual delivery estimates and any specific conditions are shown with the product.
Cancellations, returns and problems
You can cancel an eligible online purchase by telling us within 30 days after delivery, then returning it within a further 14 days.
